Mike Failace
Mike Failace was a decorated member of the Bergen County Sheriff's Department then retiring from the Lyndhurst NJ Police Department after a Police involved shooting on September 16th, 2014. Fighting demons daily took his passion for police work away leaving him lost. After connecting with Kevin Donaldson and coming onto The Suffering Podcast early on for Episode 9 The Suffering of a Warrior, Mike and Kevin developed synergy on air that would last until his last day. Sadly on May 9th, 2024 Mike's demons caught up and he tragically took his life. The Podcast lives on with Mike Failace forever seating to the left side so that the mission started together will never end.
